Waffle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. margarine, 12 level tbsp. baking cocoa, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine, add in eggs, cocoa, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix together with a mixer.
Stir in nuts.
Heat waffle iron on medium setting, drop batter by teaspoon on each section.
Frost with chocolate frosting.
