Wacky Cake(A.K.a. Three Hole Cake)
Wacky Cake(A.K.A. Three Hole Cake) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Into an ungreased 8-inch square pan, sift and mix the flour, soda and salt.
Mix cocoa and sugar together and add to pan.
Stir all to mix well.
Make three holes in dry mixture.
Pour vinegar in first hole; oil in second hole; vanilla in third hole.
Pour cold water over all.
Stir or use rotary beater until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Bang on table three times.
Bake at 350Β° about 25 to 30 minutes.
