Wacky Cake
Wacky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift dry ingredients into 8-inch cake pan.
Make 3 depressions in dry ingredients.
Pour vinegar into one, vanilla into another and oil in third.
Pour water over all.
Mix well until smooth. Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
When cool, cut into squares.
Serve topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate fudge sauce.
