Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla
Beat 3 minutes medium speed. Pour in greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Ice with chocolate or coconut pecan icing.
