Vinegar Pie
Vinegar Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 stick butter and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Separate eggs.
Put egg whites aside.
Mix eggs (yellows), sugar, flour, butter, salt and vinegar together.
Mix egg whites with mixer, then add to the other mixture gradually.
Put in a 9-inch pie crust.
Bake until done, about 30 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
