Vince's Ham Glaze
Vince'S Ham Glaze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. ginger ale, 2 lb. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. grey poupon mustard and 1 can pineapple slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook the ginger ale and 1 pound brown sugar until syrupy.
Add the mustard and cook a couple of minutes (it will make tiny lumps).
Pour on a whole ham and put in oven to bake.
About 1 hour before ham is done, pour off the broth and add the juice of pineapple and more brown sugar.
Cook this until it makes a thick syrup.
Put pineapple slices on your ham.
Add the glaze and bake until done.
