Viennese Chicken
Viennese Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. noodles (medium), 1/4 c. butter, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips and 1 carrot, cut in thin strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cook noodles; drain.
Melt butter.
Cook onion, pepper, carrot and mushrooms until tender.
Stir in tomato, flour, paprika, salt and chicken stock; cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream, chicken and noodles. Turn into buttered 3-quart casserole and bake 20 minutes.
