Vienna Potato Salat
Vienna Potato Salat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. small red potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 4 cooked eggs, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook potatoes; peel and slice.
Then add onions, salt, pepper and chopped eggs.
Put in salad and add mayo.
Chop 4 small dill pickles and add 1/4 cup of pickle juice; toss.
Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
