Viener Schnitzel
Viener Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (5 oz.) veal or pork cutlets, 1/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. season-all, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pound veal until 1/4 inch thick.
Dredge with mixture of flour, Season-All, pepper and nutmeg.
Dip in mixture of egg and water, then into bread crumbs.
Let dry 30 minutes.
Brown veal on both sides in 1/2 cup of butter, cooking about 15 minutes. Remove veal to hot platter.
