Vidalia Onion Pie
Vidalia Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tsp. margarine, 2 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 frozen (9-inch) pie crust, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onions in melted margarine until almost tender.
Pour into pie crust.
Mix eggs, salt, pepper, milk and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over onions and lightly stir.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with rest of cheese and paprika.
Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
