Vidalia Casserole
Vidalia Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oleo, 3 large vidalia onions, sliced, 2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt oleo in skillet.
Saute onions until clear.
Layer onion and 2/3 of cheese in casserole dish.
Heat soup, milk and soy sauce together.
Pour over onions.
Top with French bread.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Push bread into liquid.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake 15 more minutes.
