Mix in separate bowl, flour and sugar.

Stir in half of flour mixture to creamed mixture, blending well.

Stir in remaining flour.

Cut into 2-inch rounds.

Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of preserves in center of each round.

Form a triangle by folding in 3 edges.

Pinch edges gently.

Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 14 minutes.
