Victorian Cookies
Victorian Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind, 1 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth and light. Beat in lemon rind.
Mix in separate bowl, flour and sugar.
Stir in half of flour mixture to creamed mixture, blending well.
Stir in remaining flour.
Roll dough out onto a lightly floured board to 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut into 2-inch rounds.
Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of preserves in center of each round.
Form a triangle by folding in 3 edges.
Pinch edges gently.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 14 minutes.
Cool cookies and store in airtight tin.
