Victoria Creams
Victoria Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. whipping cream, 1 c. sugar, 2 pkg. plain gelatin, 1/2 c. water and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Heat cream and sugar just before boiling.
Add gelatin.
Remove from heat.
Add sour cream. Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla extract.
Mold in individual (plain) salad molds.
Refrigerate until molded.
Serve or top with raspberry or strawberry syrup.
This makes enough for about 25 to 30 servings.
