Vi's Pork Sausage Casserole
Vi'S Pork Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage (unseasoned), 2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese (medium), 4 eggs and 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown sausage and drain.
Put croutons in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with cheese and then sausage.
Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard and soup.
Pour over mix in pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cover to refrigerate, uncover to bake.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 300Β°.
