Versie'S Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 3 drops red food coloring and 3 tbsp. strawberry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and food coloring.
Cook until clear and thick.
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add gelatin.
