Vermicelli Salad
Vermicelli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, accent, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break vermicelli in thirds.
Boil until done; drain, but do not rinse.
Sprinkle generously with Accent, lemon juice and salad oil.
Mix and cover tight; refrigerate overnight.
Next day, add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and enough mayonnaise to mix. Blend and let sit several hours.
