Venison Steaks
Venison Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 venison steaks, garlic salt to taste, 1 lemon, juiced, 1/2 stick butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sprinkle garlic salt and over venison steaks.
Marinate for 3 hours.
When ready to broil, heat an iron skillet until almost smoking. Add 1/2 stick of butter which will immediately brown.
Quickly put in steaks; brown on one side.
On other. (Serve on the rare side.) Place steaks on warm plate.
Add to skillet drippings, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and water.
Bring to boil; then pour over steaks and serve.
