Venison Shipwreck
Venison Shipwreck is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium (unpeeled) tomatoes, 1 lb. ground venison or hamburger, 2 medium onions, 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole, slice potatoes.
On top of potatoes, add venison or hamburger.
Add sliced onions, kidney beans and soup.
Salt and pepper to taste as you make layers. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove lid and bake 15 minutes longer.
