Venison Roast
Venison Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) venison roast, 4 tbsp. oil, 3 medium onions, peeled and sliced, 2 garlic cloves, chopped and 1 c. red wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soak roast overnight in salted water.
Remove, dry with paper towel.
Brown in hot oil.
Add onions, cook until soft.
Add garlic, vinegar, broth and bring to boil.
Stir often.
