Venison Loaf
Venison Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. venison chopped meat, 1 1/3 c. pkg. breadcrumbs, 3 to 4 slices day-old bread crumbs, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon.
Mix well.
Shape the meat mixture into a loaf.
Top loaf with 3 slices of bacon.
