Venetian Style Liver
Venetian Style Liver is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thinly sliced liver, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 2 medium onions, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Coat liver with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Set aside. Saute onions in oil in a large skillet until tender.
Add liver and saute 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until browned (should be slightly pink inside).
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4.
