Velvet Salad
Velvet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello, 1 sm. pkg. miniature marshmallows, 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. miracle whip or other salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 c. boiling water.
Dissolve Marshmallows in 1 c. hot water.
Combine and add the cream cheese, pineapple and Miracle Whip and whipped cream.
Pour into an oblong pan (8x13-inch) or individual molds; chill until firm.
