Velvet Fudge
Velvet Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 lb. butter, 1 c. cocoa, 4 boxes powdered sugar and 1 lb. nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt cheese and butter; blend together.
Add vanilla; mix cocoa with 2 boxes confectioners sugar and add this to cheese mixture.
Work in other 2 boxes of sugar (use hands; mixture is stiff).
Roll out flat on wax paper.
Sprinkle with nuts and roll up like a jelly roll and slice.
Makes 3 or 5 rolls.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Best if let set at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
