Grease Bundt pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and let stand.
Place chopped nuts in bottom of Bundt pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding, water and oil until moistened; add eggs, one at a time. Beat 6 to 8 minutes at high speed.
