Veggie-Nut Casserole
Veggie-Nut Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 c. cheese, cubed (any kind you like), 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all but last two ingredients together well.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
Sprinkle on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
