Made with 12 oz. angel hair pasta (uncooked), 1/4 c. margarine, softened, 1 1/2 c. plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. grated carrot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta according to package directions (angel hair takes about 4 minutes).

Drain and rinse.

Return to same pot.

Add margarine, tossing until melted.
