Veggie Bars
Veggie Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 pkg. regular hidden valley ranch dressing mix, 1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing) and chopped tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, onions, black olives, mushrooms (fresh) and cauliflower (i omit the cauliflower), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Press rolls into large cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 350Β°. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley mix and spread over crust.
Sprinkle veggies on top, ending with cheese. Cool completely and cut into bars.
