Vegetarian Milkshake
Vegetarian Milkshake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with apple juice, honey, pure vanilla, cashew nuts and 1/2 banana, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Into a blender, pour a little apple juice, a small handful of cashew nuts, a little honey, half a banana, a dash of pure vanilla and nonfat dry milk or soy milk.
At this point you can add berries, peanut butter, carob powder or any flavor you desire. Then add handfuls of crushed ice and continue blending until the shake is thick and smooth.
