Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled and cut in slices, 6 onions, sliced, 16 ears corn (cut corn from cob), 1 1/2 c. sliced okra and 1 c. (or more) lima beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook the lima beans, peas and snap beans 1 hour.
Drain water and add to the other ingredients.
Cook for 1 hour.
This makes 7 quarts.
