Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pods hot pepper, 2 gal. tomatoes, 16 ears corn, 1 c. celery and 1 c. carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel tomatoes and cut in small pieces.
Cut corn from cob. Dice peppers, celery, carrots and okra.
Combine all ingredients and cook in a large pot for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Cook at low heat.
Pour in jars and pressure at 10 pounds for 15 minutes.
