Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 carrots, diced, 2 stalks celery, diced, 1 small can peas and 1 small can whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in soup pot.
Add water, add diced vegetables (except canned ones), ketchup, tomato juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil.
Let simmer slowly 3/4 hour.
Add canned vegetables and cook an additional 10 minutes.
