Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. water, 2 beef, chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes, 2 carrots, thinly sliced, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder and 1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder and pepper.
Add onions, celery, carrots and cabbage.
Boil gently and add potatoes.
Continue to boil until vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes.
