Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 4 large onions, chopped, 1 gal. mixed vegetables, 2 gal. tomatoes and 10 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Potatoes and cut into cubes.
Cook potatoes and onions until potatoes are tender.
Brown meat and drain, then mix with potatoes onions.
Add mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, soda and sugar (to taste).
Simmer on low heat for approximately 1 hour.
Yields 2 to 3 gallons.
