Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 soup bones, 1 lb. lean beef, 1 can tomatoes, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook soup bones with lean beef.
When done, remove the bones. Add tomatoes, chopped celery, chopped carrots, onion and potatoes. Cook until all vegetables are done.
Add macaroni that has been cooked separately and drained.
Add corn that has been cooked separately; may stick if added at beginning.
If soup needs more liquid, add water, tomato juice or V-8 juice.
