Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 english cut beef ribs, 1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables, 1 can stewed tomatoes (mexican style or ro-tel), 1 small onion, chopped and 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown beef ribs.
Add frozen soup vegetables, stewed tomatoes, chopped onion, beef bouillon cube dissolved in water and 4 additional cups of water to soup.
Cook until meat is tender.
Add cut up potatoes.
Cook another 30 minutes.
Add more water as needed while cooking.
