Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 to 2 tbsp. chopped garlic, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
Brown and drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and next 6 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Cook, then dice the potatoes. Cook macaroni.
Add potatoes and macaroni to pot.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in frozen veggies.
Return to a boil.
Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Yield
12 cups.
