Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. water, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 lb. ground beef, 8 oz. bag elbow macaroni and 2 potatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Add all ingredients together, except macaroni.
Turn to low heat, crumble beef in skillet and brown lightly.
Add meat to soup.
Cook about 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
