Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. vinegar, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. pepper, 1/4 c. salad oil and 1 can whole corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring to a boil for 3 minutes the vinegar, sugar, pepper and oil.
Cool and pour over vegetables.
