Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower (cut up & blanched), 1 medium onion (sliced), 1 can green beans (drained), 1 can wax beans (drained) and 1 can lima beans (drained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In medium saucepan bring dressing ingredients to a boil & boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Combine all other ingredients (vegetables).
Pour warm dressing over combined vegetables, stir together & refrigerate overnight or longer.
Stir before serving (you may drain before serving.
Serves 12-18.
