Vegetable Salad
Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. frozen peas, 1 c. frozen lima beans, 1 c. french-cut string beans, drained, 1 1/2 c. diced, barely cooked carrots and 1 small head cauliflower (raw), chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Barely cook vegetables; drain and mix with mayonnaise that has been mixed with vinegar and Beau Monde.
Chill overnight.
