Vegetable Rice Casserole
Vegetable Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oleo, 1 pkg. frozen california vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots), 1 c. minute rice, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 c. cubed velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onion in oleo; set aside.
Mix vegetables, rice, soup and cheese.
Add onion mixture and 1/2 can water.
Put in casserole. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
Stir halfway through baking time.
