Vegetable Quiche
Vegetable Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, 3/4 c. shredded or grated cheddar cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw spinach or broccoli, press, dry and chop.
Set aside. Thaw potatoes, separate and mix with half the salt and half the cheese.
Press over the bottom and the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
