Vegetable Quiche
Vegetable Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped broccoli or cauliflower, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped green peppers, 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat broccoli in 1 cup salted water that is boiling.
Cook 5 minutes and drain.
Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese and put in pie plate.
Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400Β°.
