Bake rolls in round pizza pan at 350Β° until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes; cool.
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and onion; spread over cooled crust.
Spread vegetables on cheese mixture, slicing black olives around.
Sprinkle 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese over all.
Serve cold.
Can use fruit in place of vegetables.
