Vegetable Pizza
Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 4 carrots, shredded, 3 c. broccoli, cut up, 3 c. cauliflower, cut up and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spread crescent rolls on bottom of a lightly-greased cookie sheet.
Bake and cool as directed on package.
Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Hidden Valley mix.
Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
Sprinkle broccoli, then cauliflower, then carrots on top of cheese mixture.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
