Vegetable Pie
Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie shell, 2 or 3 small squash (yellow or zucchini), 1 bell pepper, 1 medium onion and 1 sliced tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Slice squash, pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Saute in butter or margarine. Drain.
Set vegetables aside.
