Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots; california blend), 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained, 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook frozen vegetables in boiling water just to separate. Combine with mushrooms, water chestnuts, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, top with potato chips.
