Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1/2 tsp. onion salt, 1/4 tsp. thyme, 1/4 tsp. parsley and 1 lb. fresh broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 4 ingredients in one-cup measure.
Microwave on High until melted (45 seconds).
Trim and cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets.
Arrange cauliflower around the outer edge of 10-inch platter, then a row of broccoli flowerets.
Fill center with slices of zucchini.
(Can use mushrooms also.)
Cover entirely with plastic wrap and seal.
Microwave on High 9 minutes. Drain liquid.
