Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. diced celery, 1 c. bell pepper, sliced, 1 medium onion, sliced and 4 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt the margarine in a large pot over medium heat. Saute celery, bell pepper, onion and carrots over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the broccoli and cabbage to the mixture.
Add the water and stir.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 15 to 25 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
