Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with (4 oz.) can durkee french fried onions, . bag birds eye medley mix (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), cream of mushroom soup, c. sour cream and c. shredded swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw and drain vegetables in colander.
Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese.
Stir in the vegetables.
Put into the microwave on High for 8 minutes.
Be sure to cover with wax paper.
Take out of the microwave and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese and can of Durkee French fried onions.
Cover with wax paper and microwave for 3 minutes on High.
